  • Four linocuts by Sybil Andrews will appear. To acquire a larger view  and  detailed  information about each linocut, click the small picture of the  linocut  on the screen.    
  • If you would like to view the linocuts of Sybil’s peers who attended the Grosvenor School of Modern Art in London with her in the 1920’s and 1930’s, you can type in each of their names in the box adjacent to the heading  “Search the Collections”.  These modernist artists included Cyril Power, Edward Wadsworth, Lill Tschudi, Claude Flight, C.R.W. Nevinson, Leonard Beaumont, and Eileen Mayo.  In the summer of 2011, the Metropolitan Museum of Art had an exhibition of Sybil Andrews linocuts and those [SEE ABOVE} of her art school contemporaries in New York City.
